This letter serves as recommendation for coach Jeff Hatchell. In my opinion Jeff would be a tremendous asset to your organization as he has an extensive background in leadership, a solid business foundation and exceptional interpersonal skills. I got to know Jeff during a week long training intensive held by Coach U. I was one of two trainers for that training program. Jeff proved not only to be a quick study with the vast amounts of information we were teaching that week, but also proved to be a natural coach not only in his command of coaching skills but in his way of being as a person.

My background in the coaching profession spans over ten years in private practice. I have trained and mentored well over 1000 coaches in that time.
